Our History

In 1959, members of the Lenawee County Ministerial Association and Associated charities collaborated with other civic-minded individuals on the need for a counseling service. A local board of directors was formed, and by January of 1960, Family Counseling Services was formally incorporated as a non-profit, non-sectarian organization.
